26th December 2005. After 2 days of overindulgance, the weather is freezing and heavy snow is predicted. You know what would seem like a good idea?

So, off we all headed to Cannock in Staffordshire for the Follow The Dog Trail, which is a well known hang out of hardcore mountain bikers
