  Cars Hot Rod: Triumph Herald

Ok, so this isn't, strictly speaking, a hot rod, and as I sold it 2 years ago, it isn't even my car. But it's a sixty quid Triumph Herald that I ran on and off for nearly 5 years (including taking it on tour round Holand), and I'm still proud of it :-)

Requium For A Dream Darren Arnofskys follow up to Pi is even more gripping then his first masterpiece. I first watched this film 2 years ago, and had fond memories of it being an excellently shot visual and audio fest with a nice plot twist, and a happy outcome. Well, watching it for a second time, I realise that I must have been so pleased with it the first time that I failed to notice how tragic the outcome was. I don't want to give too much away here, but this film gives some great insight in to addictions, whether they are drugs, coffee, TV, diets or women. A thoroughly delightful film despite the very dark aspects, and the lack of a Heppy Ever After ending.
